Hey y’all… Happy Tuesday!😉
Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
How it works:
I assign each Tuesday a topic and then post my top ten list that fits that topic. You’re more than welcome to join me and create your own top ten (or 2, 5, 20, etc.) list as well. Feel free to put a unique spin on the topic to make it work for you! Please link back to That Artsy Reader Girl in your own post so that others know where to find more information.
Today’s Post:
May 4: My Ten Most Recent Reads (maybe share a one-sentence review to go with?)
Ok! Let’s see what you think of my last 10 reads!😏
Colt (Storm MC #10) by Nina Levine
* I literally just posted my review for this one today!🙃
If you’re looking for a fast paced, fun loving, slightly suspenseful, sexy story, I think you’ll enjoy this one.
The Crown of Gilded Bones (Blood and Ash #3) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
* I haven’t reviewed this series yet but hope to have a post out soon! Instead, here’s one of my favorite quotes!
“You are the foundation that helps me stand. You are my walls and my roof. My shelter. You are my home.”
Rock Chick Rescue (Rock Chick #2) by Kristen Ashley
This was a re-read while I was on vacation in Denver where this book takes place! I loved visiting some of the places mentioned in the book!
A Battle of Blood and Stone (Chronicles of the Stone Veil #4) by Sawyer Bennett
I got hit with that sledgehammer of an ending and I’m all abuzz waiting for the final installment!
A Kingdom of Flesh and Fire (Blood and Ash #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
* Another quote!
“Feelings were not stagnant. Neither were opinions or beliefs, and if we stopped believing people were capable of change, then the world might as well be left to burn.”
From Blood and Ash (Blood and Ash #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
* Quote!!😉
“The loss of a parent or a family member lingers long after they’re gone, the pain lessening but never fading. Years later, you’ll still find yourself thinking that you’d do anything to get them back.”
The Evolution of Fae and Gods (Chronicles of the Stone Veil #3) by Sawyer Bennett
…believe me when I say there’s all kinds of delicious twists and turns and OMGee moments!
Forsaking All Others (The Satan’s Knights MC North Carolina #1) by Janine Infante Bosco
I’ve read many books by this author and I always think, “This one is sooo good, this one’s my favorite!” Then the next book comes out and I end up thinking the same damn thing.
The Last Piece of His Heart (Lost Boys #3) by Emma Scott
I highly recommend this series if you’re looking for a coming of age, small town romance that might make you shed a tear or two.
A Discovery of Secrets and Fate (Chronicles of the Stone Veil #2) by Sawyer Bennett
I was on a rollercoaster with this book, there was literal tears shed and laughs and oohhs and aahhs.
Some great ones here!!!
