Wilder is book 10 in the Storm MC series. No worries if you haven’t read the previous books, it has interconnected characters but can be read as a standalone!

Scarlett McKenzie has lead a rough life. It’s caused her to put some very tall walls around her heart. For over a year, she’s been working for one of the motorcycle club’s restaurants under Justin ‘Wilder’ Miller. They could never agree on anything and usually ended up fighting with each other but things are changing…Scarlett’s making friends with the other ladies in the MC, she’s learning how to play “nice” for work and suddenly, Wilder and Scar are seeing each other in a new light.

I haven’t read much from Nina Levine and I have to ask, “WHY?” Because I loved this book! Wilder was my perfect example of a bad boy…a hot alpha with a soft heart. And my imagination was on fire every time Wilder called Scarlett, “darlin'” with his sexy Aussie accent! (What can I say, I’m from Texas…) They were completely opposite in personality but both were going through some tough issues with their families. Scarlett was more prickly than a porcupine but she couldn’t deny the effect Wilder had on her or the way his motorcycle club took her in. I adored the way her character morphed from this woman-alone-against-the-world to a woman-in-love-with-sweet-friends.

This book has so much going on…a bit of suspense, a touch of drama, awesome secondary characters, a sexy boss with just the right amount of alpha. I’m feeling the need to go back to book 1 and start all over! And just a side thought: how about that sexy cover?!? Told from dual POVs with a sweet ending. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.
