SECURING SIDNEY is the second book in the SEAL of Protection: Legacy series. It can be read as a standalone.

Decker “Gumby” Kincade is a Navy SEAL (swoon) who meets Sidney Hale while she’s rescuing a dog from a cruel dog fighter. For Decker, it’s love at first sight. But Sidney is fighting some ugly demons from her past. Can Decker pull her from the past and teach her to enjoy the present so they can have a future together?

As I mentioned above, Decker is a SEAL but also, he’s truly one of the good guys. He’s sweet and protective and charming, definitely a swoon worthy character! He had so much patience with Sidney (<-insert sigh here). The circumstances of Sidney’s past were downright CRAZY! My heart broke for her but towards the end, I also wanted to shake some sense into her! 😏 I figured out pretty easily what was going to happen and I understood the reasons for her actions but still…

Regardless, these two were absolutely adorable together. I enjoyed the light suspense woven into the storyline and the almost sweet romance between Sidney and Decker. Told from dual POVs with a happy ending. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.
