REPEAT is a second chance standalone. Not sure if this will be a series though I’d love to see the heroine’s sister get an HEA!

Clementine is lost. After suffering a traumatic attack, she has no memory of her past. Clem can’t remember any of her former experiences, her friends, her sister, Francis, or her ex boyfriend, Ed Larson. It’s by sheer luck that she finds Ed but when she sees him for the “first” time, he is NOT happy to have her in his tattoo shop. Can Ed put aside the past to help Clem find her future?

This book! It gave me all the feels! I mean, it wasn’t particularly perfect, in fact, I pretty much guessed halfway through who the bad guy was but I don’t care! There was something about the almost innocent Clem that just sucked me into her tale. It was like she had a do over, had the slate wiped completely clean. I can just imagine how scary that must have been. Yet, she soldiered on, fought back the fear and I think even became a better person for it.

As her past is revealed, it’s clear that her break up with Ed was heartbreaking, explosive. Both Clem and Ed had a rough time trying to reconcile her past self with her present self. My heart cracked for both of them. But I adored the journey of forgiveness and self discovery that the story took me on.

On a side note: I freaking FLOVED all of the references to other books woven through the story! One of Kristen Ashley’s was mentioned that I just happened to be re-reading on the side…coincidence? Either way, this is one that’ll go on my READ AGAIN E-SHELF. Told completely from Clementine’s POV with a sweet ending. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.
