My rating: 4 of 5 stars
PORTER is the third book in the Lovibond series but can be read as a complete standalone and is my first read from author Georgia Cates. This is a sexy, older man with younger woman/office/taboo sort of romance. The secret relationship between Porter and Frankee is intense and full of passionate and tantalizing sex scenes. Porter may look and sometimes talk like a tattooed bad boy but he’s really a big teddy bear. Frankee is just nine years younger than him but seems pretty mature for her age plus she’s simply a sweet girl with a big heart. There’s a lot going on in the storyline but it reads easily and smoothly. As far as the plot’s concerned, I only wish there was more of a conclusion about the “crazy” problem towards the end. I won’t say any more than that so I don’t spoil anything! And although I liked Porter and Frankee’s characters, it seemed the dialogue was a bit stiff and forced at times. It was hard to feel a real connection with them because the way they talked felt a little fake. Overall, this was a sweet and sexy contemporary romance, four stars for me! Told from dual POVs with a super happy end. I received, read and voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

my employeeâs daughter. Lovibond family. And too young for me. Too innocent.
But mostly I want her to know that sheâs never truly been loved by a man until me.
Frankee is my intern and under me for the summer. Literally. Itâs a difficult secret to maintain when you canât keep your hands off each other.
This was supposed to be a hot summer fling. Sex and fun without commitmentâthatâs what we called it. But we were wrong. This is more. Iâve never felt this way about a woman. Never cared more about someone elseâs happiness more than my own.

Not when she was wearing that sexy-as-fuck lingerie.
Iâve never done that before. Not that I donât have the ability. Iâve just never been inclined to.

Awesome review, Trisy. Ohh sounds SO good. I think I have one of her books if I’m not mistaken, I need to check it out though. đâ€ïž
